The rise and fall of a society does not occur in a linear and predictable pattern. Rather it happens suddenly, and huge leaps or massive falls come during a very brief time period. One need only look back at history to find periods where mankind literally rose at alarming rates of speed in the span of a few decades. Perhaps God determined that the timing was right to advance his children to a higher level of awareness and consciousness. In these times he sent messengers to earth to inspire mankind with beautiful creations of architecture and music, as well as paintings or sculptures. It seems that during the mid to late 1400's just a scant few beings uplifted and inspired the whole of humanity. A huge elevation of awareness occurred during a brief one-hundred-year period. These divine messengers included Michelangelo and Leonardo da Vinci with their inspirational masterpieces. Humanity made massive leaps forward as they rose from the barbaric feeding of men to the lions, towards the appreciation and love of great musical compositions, art and literature.
Humanity can also suffer a massive declination of their spiritual and social strata in relatively swift order. For the past several decades this planet has seen the complete unraveling of its architecture, painting and musical development. Although we think we are at the apex of what mankind can technologically or spiritually attain, nothing could be further from the truth. The average man of today has a weaker understanding of vocabulary than an educated man of just a few decades ago. You can tell where a society is heading by the music they listen to and by the ways that they entertain themselves in their free time. Humanity at this moment is in a complete state of moral decay. Simple comparisons of the lyrics and melodic structure of today’s music to that of a Mozart symphony is quite laughable. Man has deviated from reading great literature and adopted the playing of video games that feature endless warfare and zombie killing. The sexual perversion is on par with the behavior exhibited during the time of Noah. We have developed cures for diseases for which we outlaw and punish those who propagate them, while rewarding big pharma for creating a race of dumbed-down illiterates unable to think for themselves. We need a major awaking and fast or this is going to be the curtain call. What is made to decline in 25 years could take 200 years to resurrect.
Just like a fork in the road, there are two paragraphs featured above for which to travel. The former reveals what happens to a society when they follow God and love their brother as themselves. The latter is every bit as real and it reflects a heartless and loveless world that has removed God from schools and institutions. Someday in the not too distant future, the final puzzle piece will be in place, and the picture will be complete.
